Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 May 2025  |  Effective date: 12 May 2025

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between Napa Group ("we", "us", "our") and any person ("you", "participant") who enquires about, registers for, or attends one of our financial education programmes. Please read them at your own pace — there is no hurry.

By completing a registration, making a payment, or attending a session, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before registering and we will be happy to talk it through.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

3. Our Programmes

We offer three financial education programmes. All descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and represent the intended structure of each course. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to content, session order, or materials where circumstances require, and will notify participants in advance when possible.

4. Educational Purpose Only

Our courses are designed to help you understand financial concepts and become more comfortable discussing your own money matters. They are not a substitute for professional financial advice.

Napa Group is not a licensed financial advisor, investment firm, or regulated financial services provider under Thai law. Nothing we say in our sessions, materials, or communications should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product or investment.

For decisions about your own money, investments, pension arrangements, or insurance, we warmly encourage you to speak with a qualified and licensed professional. We can help you know what questions to ask — but the decisions remain yours.

5. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed once Napa Group has received your registration details and full payment. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of enquiry and are stated in Thai Baht (฿), inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be fair and considerate. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Notice given before the first session Refund
14 or more calendar days Full refund
7 to 13 calendar days 50% refund
Fewer than 7 calendar days No refund; credit note offered
After the first session has begun No refund

All cancellations must be notified in writing to [email protected] or by calling +66 2 894 5137. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the confirmed cancellation date.

A credit note, if issued, is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be applied to any Napa Group programme of equal or greater value.

7. Rescheduling and Transfers

If you need to move your place to a different cohort of the same programme, please let us know as early as possible. One transfer per enrolment is offered at no additional charge, subject to availability. Further transfers may be subject to a modest administration fee.

You may transfer your enrolment to another person, provided you notify us at least five business days before the course begins and the incoming participant meets any eligibility requirements for that programme.

8. Changes to Courses

We occasionally need to adjust session dates, times, or facilitators. We will give as much notice as possible. If a change significantly affects your ability to attend, you may withdraw and receive a full refund, provided you notify us within five business days of our notice.

If we cancel a programme entirely, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund. We will also make a reasonable effort to find a suitable alternative date where possible.

9. Participant Conduct

Our sessions are designed to be a respectful, welcoming space for everyone. We ask all participants to treat fellow learners and facilitators with courtesy and patience.

Napa Group reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session, or to withdraw from the programme entirely, if their behaviour causes distress to others or disrupts the learning environment. In such circumstances, no refund will be given.

Recorded sessions and course materials are provided for your personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including printed guides, worksheets, recorded sessions, planning notebooks, and website content — remain the intellectual property of Napa Group. You are welcome to use them for your own personal learning, but they may not be used commercially or shared publicly without our prior written permission.

If you believe any of our materials inadvertently reproduce third-party content, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

11. Limitation of Liability

Napa Group's programmes are educational in nature. We are not responsible for any financial outcomes, losses, or decisions made by participants based on what they have learnt in our courses. All financial decisions carry risk, and participants are encouraged to consult a licensed professional before acting on any information discussed in sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to any participant for any claim arising from their enrolment shall not exceed the total amount paid by that participant for the relevant programme.

We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

12. Your Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please take a moment to read it.

By registering, you consent to us using your contact details to administer your enrolment, send you course materials, and communicate about your programme. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, along with the date it was last revised. For ongoing enrolments, we will notify participants of any material changes by email.

The terms that apply to your enrolment are those in effect at the time you registered, unless you and Napa Group have agreed otherwise in writing.

14. Questions and Complaints

If you have any questions about these terms, or if something has not gone as it should and you would like to speak with us, please reach out. We prefer a conversation to correspondence and will always try to find a reasonable resolution.
