Why Napa Group
What makes learning here feel different from any course you've tried before
We've built everything around the learner, not the curriculum. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Six things that set our courses apart
Facilitators who understand midlife concerns
Our team has years of experience working with adult learners — not recent graduates. They understand the financial questions that arise at this stage of life and address them with the care they deserve.
Conversation, not lecture
Every session is structured as a guided conversation. Questions are welcomed at any point. Nobody is asked to take notes silently or wait until the end to speak.
Grounded in Thai financial reality
Content is adapted specifically to Thai banking, the Social Security Fund, provident funds, and everyday financial life in Thailand — not drawn from generic international curricula.
No financial products, ever
We have no affiliation with banks, insurers, or fund managers. What we teach is chosen because it is useful to you, not because someone pays us to mention it.
Clear, all-inclusive pricing
Each course price covers everything: sessions, printed materials, planning tools, and follow-up support. There are no add-ons to purchase and no surprises.
Freedom to revisit topics
If a topic needs more time, we give it more time. Participants are welcome to ask for a recap of any point covered in previous sessions without feeling that the group is being held back.
Expertise
People who have spent years teaching adults about money
Our facilitators have worked specifically with midlife adult learners — a group with distinct needs, distinct anxieties, and distinct questions. They are not economists or investment bankers; they are educators who happen to know a great deal about personal finance in the Thai context.
The difference shows in the room. Questions that might feel awkward to ask elsewhere are entirely ordinary here. Facilitators know how to answer them in plain language without making anyone feel that the question was too basic.
Over seven years of adult financial education delivery in Bangkok
Facilitators trained in adult learning methodology and financial literacy
Course content reviewed annually for accuracy and relevance to Thai regulation
Direct experience with Thai banking, provident funds, and retirement planning topics
Maximum ten participants per course keeps every session personal
Staff available by phone and email between sessions for questions
Enrolment handled by a real person, not an automated system
Comfortable meeting room in a quiet central Bangkok location
Participant Care
A genuinely personal experience from enquiry to final session
When you write to us, a person replies. When you arrive at a session, you are welcomed by name. When you have a question between sessions, there is someone to ask. We think this kind of care matters as much as the content.
The group size is deliberately kept small so that nobody feels lost in the room, and facilitators can adjust the session if they sense confusion or a need to slow down.

We believe transparent pricing is part of treating people with respect. You know exactly what you are committing to before you decide.

How We Compare
The difference a considered approach makes

What Only We Offer
The things you won't find elsewhere
The "Let's Talk It Through" Panel
At the close of each session, participants are invited to raise any lingering question — something they weren't sure was relevant, something they'd thought of on the way over. This space is protected and always unhurried.
A Personal Planning Folder
Longer courses include a personal planning folder — not a textbook, but a working document participants build throughout the course and leave with as a practical reference for their own financial decisions.
A Midway Check-In
Halfway through A Longer Conversation and The Long Afternoon Programme, participants have a private check-in with the facilitator to discuss how the course is sitting and whether any topic needs more attention.
An Unhurried Room
Sessions are scheduled with extra time built in. We never cut a useful conversation short because the clock says so. The session ends when the conversation has reached a natural resting point, not when a timer goes off.
